Common questions

How do I log a meal?Three ways: hold the orb and speak, tap to type a line, or snap a photo of the plate. Say it however you like — “a flat white and avocado toast” is plenty.

Fojo got something wrong.Tap any entry card to fix its name, meal, or numbers — or just tell Fojo in the conversation (“make it two slices,” “remove the latte”) and it'll adjust the day.

Where are the numbers?Calories and macros sit quietly beneath each day's story; tap the strip to open the day's entries. They're estimates, meant to be useful, not exact.

Will my journal survive a new phone?Yes. Your guest journal is kept in your iCloud Keychain, so it returns after a reinstall and on your other devices signed into the same Apple Account. Create an account if you'd like it to follow you anywhere.

How do I delete my data? Open Settings → Delete journal & data. It permanently removes your journal and everything in it — no need to email us. If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion here.

Is my data private? Your journal is yours. Meals and photos are sent securely to estimate their nutrition; nothing is ever sold or used to advertise to you. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
